"In 370 BC, Socrates fretted a hot new-ish innovation called “writing” would allow people to appear wise without actually understanding things. We know this because his student, Plato… wrote about it." That would have been quite a feat, since Socrates died in 399BC. I suspect AI provided the author this "fact," which (if true) would be a nice counterexample to author's thesis.

I am in the time of my life where I have grandkids and colleagues with younger children who can greatly benefit from the spotlight that you are shining on AI and its use in education. Excellent summaries and just enough information for my curious mind to do my own research. Keep it coming
