I find the information about high tech start-ups fascinating. Is there any investment vehicle for them? It would be nice to invest in them without being a large venture capital firm.

Hi Stephen. Do you follow Kraken Robotics, a Canadian company that is in the underwater technology business as well as underwater batteries? They are a public company so you can invest in it now.
I am encouraged to see innovation in technology that can be used to protect our country while reducing the number of human casualties. However, we also need to be careful not to do this at the expense of our ocean resources and marine life. I can imagine that all of the underwater drone activity will certainly have an impact on the delicate marine life, who are the original inhabitants of that environment. For that reason, I am also encouraged to see multi-use drones, especially those designed to restore our ocean resources. Too much of what is going on underwater is intruding and disrupting God's underwater creation. What may be lost, may no longer be available for ours or His enjoyment.
I send the RO weekly newsletters to my 9 yr old grandaughter to counter balance some of negative stuff encountered in real life. Tragic but true. Keep it up guys.
Are you sure that your optimism isn't outrunning your rationality? We need to secure our roots before we sail off into a risky future thinking we can one-up those who think they can one-up us. No doubt Icarus thought his optimism was rational. You should spend more energy on REAL risk reduction over the very long term.
